Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NxtStop LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the NxtSale browser extension, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). This policy is written for our business customers (sellers) who use the Service to track their own live sales activity.

1. Information We Process

Livestream visual data. When you run the Service during a livestream (for example on Whatnot), it captures visual information from your stream and uses AI vision technology to identify sales-related details such as items sold, buyer usernames as shown on screen, prices, and quantities. Screen images may be processed to extract this information.

Audio data (only if you enable it). If you choose to configure and enable audio detection, the Service processes audio from your livestream to help detect sales events. Audio processing is off unless you set it up yourself. If you do not enable it, no audio is processed.

Sales and tracking data. The Service records structured sales data extracted from your stream and writes it to destinations you configure, such as your NxtSale dashboard and optionally a Google Sheet.

Account and onboarding data. During onboarding we collect information needed to set up and support your account, such as your name, business name, contact details, and the credentials or authorizations you provide to connect third-party accounts (for example, Google). Billing is handled by Stripe; we store customer IDs and subscription status, not full card numbers.

Technical and usage data. We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and support the Service, such as configuration settings, error logs, and diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the core function of the Service - detecting and recording your live sales activity.
• To write sales data to the destinations you configure.
• To set up, maintain, support, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI providers to process visual (and, if enabled, audio) data in order to extract sales information. Data sent to these providers is used to perform the detection function and return results to you. We select providers that offer appropriate handling of business data, and we do not use your livestream content to train our own models.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms to function, including:

• Whatnot and other live-selling platforms - the source of the livestream you are tracking.
• Google - for sign-in and, if you configure it, Google Sheets logging.
• Stripe - for subscription billing.
• Cloud and backend infrastructure providers used to operate the Service.
• AI providers that process vision and, where enabled, audio data.

Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers described above, as necessary to operate the Service.
• At your direction - for example, writing your sales data to the Google Sheet or workspace you designate.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

6. Data Ownership and Retention

The sales data generated through your use of the Service belongs to you and is stored in destinations you control (including your NxtSale workspace). We retain account, configuration, and support data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• You control whether audio detection is enabled.
• You control the destinations where your sales data is written.
• You may disconnect third-party accounts or uninstall the Service at any time.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The "Effective" date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
