This Privacy Policy explains how NxtSale (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, and browser extension (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account info - name, email, profile details, and authentication data from Google sign-in
• Billing info - handled by Stripe; we store customer IDs and subscription status, not full card numbers
• Workspace data - catalog items, sales logs, competitor settings, connection keys, and optional AI API keys you save
• Extension data - sale events, listing titles, optional capture frames, and sync metadata needed to log shows
• Contact messages - name, email, and reason when you use Contact us
• Technical data - IP address, device/browser type, and basic usage logs

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Match sales to catalog costs and show analytics
• Process subscriptions and support requests
• Detect abuse and keep accounts safe
• Communicate about product updates when appropriate

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, such as:

• Firebase / Google Cloud (auth, database, storage)
• Stripe (payments)
• AI providers you or we configure for vision/language features
• Email delivery tools for contact form messages

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us. Some records (for example invoices) may be retained as required for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, server-side APIs). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

• Update profile and workspace data in the dashboard
• Revoke extension access by rotating or removing your connection key
• Cancel your subscription via Billing / Stripe

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version here. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
